• Production - cut, make and trim

• Screen Printing

Screen printing is a technique that transfers a stenciled design onto a surface using a mesh screen, ink, and a squeegee. While the process can be done manually or with a machine, the fundamental method remains the same. We offer several screen printing types for your promotional products, including plastisol, rubber, flock, and glow-in-the-dark.

• Embroidery

This process is excellent for logos of approximately 4 inches or less, where your design is sewn directly into the product. It can be applied to caps, bags, shirts, outerwear, and various other materials.

• Digital Textile Printing

Digital Textile Printing utilizes advanced inkjet technology to print colorants directly onto textiles and garments. This versatile process is ideal for manufacturing single pieces, managing small to mid-sized production runs, and even handling large-scale orders, offering a modern alternative to traditional screen printing.

• Offset Printing

Offset printing is a technique where an inked image is transferred (or 'offset') from a metal plate to a rubber 'blanket,' and then rolled onto the final printing surface. This indirect process results in a high-quality, consistent print.

• Digital Printing

Digital printing works by sending a raster image (a digital file) directly to the printer using graphics software. This term typically refers to professional printing, where small-run jobs from desktop publishing or other digital sources are produced on large-format or high-volume laser and inkjet printers.

• UV Printing

UV printing is an advanced digital process that uses ultraviolet (UV) light to instantly cure ink as it's applied to a substrate. A key advantage of this method is its versatility, allowing for high-quality printing on a wide array of materials, including paper, foam board, aluminum, and acrylic. As the printer distributes the ink, specialized UV lights follow immediately, drying and adhering it directly to the substrate.

• Laser Engraving & Pad Printing

Laser engraving uses a highly-focused beam of light to etch designs onto almost any hard surface, such as metal, wood, glass, plastic, or leather. Separately, pad printing is a unique process for transferring 2-D images onto 3-D objects. This technology uses a silicone 'pad' to pick up an image (like your logo) and press it onto your product.

Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR) is a class of material, or resin, that is a physical mix or copolymer of plastic and rubber. This blend provides the flexible properties of rubber while allowing it to be processed with the ease of plastic, making it ideal for injection molding.
